Hot-air balloon hit power line in Asureti village, killing three

The controlled hot-air balloon hit a high-voltage power line in Asureti village of Tetritskaro municipality.

Three people died as a result of the accident. One of the dead is Misho Bidzinashvili, the Imedi TV company videographer.

Experts and law enforcement officers are working on the spot.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs launched a probe into the accident under Article 275 of the Criminal Code, which refers to the safety rules violation.
