History will remember all idle persons, Public Defender says

“History will remember all the idle persons being in the government or parliament who are calmly watching how our prospects for a better future are being destroyed,” Nino Lomjaria, Georgian Public Defender wrote on Facebook.

The Ombudsman echoed Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili’s statement saying “Do not portray as if the country misses a miracle.”

Public Defender remarked that the government violates Constitution of Georgia. “The authorities (government, parliament, court) violate the Constitution when they fail to meet the commitments on the implementation of democratic reforms.
