Heavy rains cause problems in several villages of Kharagauli Municipality

Floodwaters triggered by heavy rain washed masses of loose stone, gravel, and soil onto the central and local roads, making travel difficult in certain sections in several villages of the Kharagauli Municipality.

According to the Municipality, special vehicles are being dispatched to the villages to clear the roads.

“Municipal services and relevant equipment remain fully mobilized. Operations will continue at all locations where the natural disaster has caused traffic disruptions on the roads,” it said.
