Health Ministry to receive applications for medical treatment of children with oncologic diseases
Georgian Health Ministry will launch receiving applications for the medication of children with oncologic diseases at foreign clinics from Monday, July 24.
Health Minister Zurab Azarashvili said the ministry had signed contracts with the clinics.
“A special board will review the applications, and make the decision taking into account where and which clinic will best suit the medication process,” he said.
Based on the Georgian government’s decision, all children with an oncological diagnosis will have the opportunity to be diagnosed and treated with state funding in the leading clinics of Turkey, Israel, and Spain.
