Health Minister meets with Korean Ambassador Hyon Doo Kim

The Minister of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labour, Health, and Social Affairs of Georgia has met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to Georgia. Mikheil Sarjveladze briefed Hyon Doo Kim on the ministry’s activities.

Discussions covered ongoing programmes and planned reforms in the areas of IDP resettlement, labour, health, and social protection.

During the introductory meeting, Mikheil Sarjveladze highlighted the importance of the partnership between Georgia and the Republic of Korea and expressed readiness for active co-operation. The parties also discussed prospects for implementing joint projects.

According to the Ministry of Health, Taechan Kim, representative of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea to Georgia, attended the meeting.
