Health Minister meets UN Resident Coordinator in Georgia

Mikheil Sarjveladze, Georgian Minister of IDPs, Labor, Health and Social Affairs met Didier Trebucq, the United Nations Resident Coordinator in Georgia.

At the introductory meeting, the sides reviewed joint projects and set future cooperation prospects.

The Minister familiarized the UN Resident Coordinator with ongoing reforms and projects, state insurance and other programs, and financial and geographical accessibility to health services.

Silviu Domente, WHO Representative and Head of the WHO Country Office in Georgia and David Mushkudiani, UN Development Coordination Officer attended the meeting.
