Health and Social Protection Minister opens Employment Forum in Zugdidi
Zugdidi hosted an employment forum to promote economic empowerment and facilitate communication between job seekers and businesses. Mikheil Sarjveladze, the Minister of IDPs, Labor, Health, and Social Protection, opened the event.
According to the Health Ministry, more than 40 local and national companies showcased job opportunities across various sectors, including banking, finance, industry, healthcare, retail, hospitality, and administration. The forum attracted over 200 job seekers from the region.
Organized by the State Employment Promotion Agency, this was the seventh employment forum held this year. The objective of these forums is to strengthen regional economies, connect businesses with potential employees, and address the workforce shortages faced by employers.
