Mikhail Podolyak, Head of the Ukrainian President’s Office, applied to Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili with a question on the social network.
“No one voluntarily queues for the death from Russian missiles. Ukraine pays a terrible price choosing to be a European democracy. EU pays a high price protecting its civilization. Values are more important than profit. What is important for you? Application queue number?,” Podolyak tweeted.
“If someone deserves the candidate status, it is Georgia and then Ukraine and Moldova. They say that Ukraine is at war and that’s why it should be given the status. If granting the status is determined by war, we do not want a war, we demand the deserved status!,” Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili said at the governmental meeting on June 13.
