GSE update: Power partially restored across Tbilisi districts and key regions following nationwide outage

The phased restoration of electricity across the country is actively progressing, according to the Georgian State Electrosystem (GSE).

“As of now, power supply has been partially restored in Tbilisi, specifically across Didube, Vake, Mtatsminda, and Krtsanisi districts. Additionally, power has been brought back online in parts of Kutaisi, Chiatura, Sachkhere, Oni, and Ambrolauri,” the GSE statement read.

The efforts to determine the precise cause of the outage remain underway, and further updates will be provided to the public in due course.
