GPB programs, projects nominated for Heart of Europe festival

The Georgian Public Broadcaster (GPB) will nominate its programs and projects to partake in the Heart of Europe International TV Festival organized by TVP, the Polish Public Broadcaster, in November 2021.

Public broadcasters from Eastern and Central Europe will attend the hybrid-format competition that aims to popularize television production in the region and strengthen public media.

GPB nominated its production in different categories: documentary “Clown’s Calendar,” entertainment-musical show “Ranina,” youth program “Bookshelf,” “Rescuers,” and digital project “Stage.”

The winner projects will be announced at the competition awards ceremony on November 5. From November 3 to November 30, TV viewers will have the opportunity to watch movies and programs submitted online at https://en.heartofeurope.tvp.pl/

Over 80 productions from 12 countries of Central and Eastern Europe were submitted to participate in the Heart of Europe festival.
