GPB First Channel will broadcast the International Charity TV marathon Save Ukraine, initiated by the Ukrainian Public Broadcaster and organized by the Polish Public Broadcaster, on March 27, at 7:30 p.m.
The telethon will be aired live by TV channels in more than 20 European countries, including Georgia. Livestream will be available on the internet platforms worldwide, including YouTube and Instagram. The funds will meet the humanitarian needs of people affected by the war in Ukraine.
The world-famous bands and artists such as Imagine Dragons, Nothing But Thieves, Fatboy Slim, Craig David, the Eurovision winners Salvador Sobral and Netta, and others will perform at the concert.
Georgian musician, the GPB host Mebo Nutsubidze, the artist Betkho and the vocal ensemble Ialoni will represent Georgia in the event.
The Ukrainian artists Dakha Brakha, Ruslana, THE HARDKISS, Jamala, Go_A, MONATIK, Alyona Alyona and others also participate in the telethon.
