GPB First Channel to air 2026-2032 Olympic Games

GPB First Channel will exclusively air the 2026-2030 Winter Olympic Games, the 2026-2030 Winter Olympic Games, and the Youth Olympic Games. Live streams will also be accessible on the broadcaster’s new digital portal, 1tvplay.ge.

“As always, the Public Broadcaster broadcasts exclusively the most important sporting events. In addition to the Summer Olympics, the European Football Championship and games of the Georgian national team at the UEFA Nations League will also be broadcast on our channel.

We intend to purchase a license for the Paralympic Games in addition to the Olympic Games; for the first time in Georgia, First Channel aired the Paralympic Games in 2021,” said GPB Director General Tinatin Berdzenishvili.
