First Channel of the Georgian Public Broadcaster (GPB) has been awarded for support of Female Artisans Digital Exhibition Week.
The exhibition aimed at female artisans’ strengthening economically. Partners of the project were the Georgian Public Broadcaster, Tbilisi City Hall, the Embassy of Netherlands in Georgia and Creative Europe Desks.
“It is of utmost importance for us to support artisans, especially female artisans, to support their work and economic strengthening,” said GPB’s Media Director Rusudan Manjgaladze.
Ambassador of Netherlands to Georgia Maaike van Koldam said the project idea was to distinguish hundreds of talented women and assist them to create networks with local and foreign artisans, among them from the Netherlands.
