Gov't continues evacuating Georgian citizens from Ukraine

The Georgian government continues evacuating Georgian citizens from Ukraine.

According to the Georgian Foreign Ministry, over 100 Georgian citizens returned home in the last 24 hours, while 200 more evacuees will return home this week.

Georgian citizens are also being transported from Ukraine’s city of Lviv to Poland’s capital Warsaw. An additional routes were designated on March 15-16.

Georgia’s diplomatic missions to Kyiv, Odesa, Lviv, as well as in the bordering countries – Romania, Poland, Moldova, Slovakia, and Hungary, continue operating in emergency modes, the Georgian MFA said.
