“Transparency and accountability remain among the foremost priorities of the Prime Minister. Since 2024, we have taken highly significant strides toward absolute openness. There is not a single government decision, executive order, or decree that is withheld from public scrutiny,” the Head of the Administration of the Government of Georgia, Levan Zhorzholiani, declared during a broadcast on the ‘Business Insider’ programme.

According to him, every single decision adopted by the government is completely open to the public.

“As you are aware, transparency and accountability form the core of the Prime Minister’s agenda. We have made monumental progress in enhancing transparency since 2024. There is no executive action, order, or resolution that is hidden from the citizens. Since February 2024, every policy and decision enacted by the government has been laid entirely bare. This openness serves us immensely. Anyone is free to come forward and raise specific questions regarding any government decision. The Prime Minister frequently reiterates that if anyone can point out a single flaw or raise a valid concern regarding any such decision, we stand fully prepared to provide a comprehensive answer,” Zhorzholiani noted.
