Government Administration Head meets delegation of Foreign Ministries from Weimar Triangle

Levan Zhorzholiani, Head of Government Administration of Georgia met members of the delegation from the Weimar Triangle countries, including Niklas Wagner, Director of the Political Department for Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia at the Federal Foreign Office of Germany; Brice Roquefeuil, Director of the Continental Europe Department at the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs of France; and Michał Giergón, Deputy Director of the Department for Eastern Policy and EU Enlargement at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland, the Government Administration reported.

The parties reviewed EU-Georgia relations and emphasized the importance of constructive dialogue.

As noted during the meeting, Georgia once again confirmed its readiness for dialogue with EU institutions and for cooperation with member states based on mutual respect.

According to the Head of the Government Administration, the Government of Georgia will continue implementing the reforms envisaged under the Association Agreement with the European Union (AA) and the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area (DCFTA).
