Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Kvirikashvili and Armenia’s newly elected Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan held a phone conversation at the initiative of the Armenian side.
Kvirikashvili congratulated Pashinyan on his election as PM. The sides focused talks on traditional friendly relations between the two countries, according to Georgian Governmental Administration.
Armenian PM noted that cooperation between Armenia and Georgia had to develop independently from geo-political factors. Kvirikashvili reiterated readiness to further enhance relations with Armenia and invited Nikol Pashinyan to Georgia.
