“No matter how much the government attempts to intimidate the people, the majority of our country’s population, perhaps 99%, does not want to live in a totalitarian country,” the leader of the “Unity-National Movement” coalition, Gigi Tsereteli, stated

Tserelei said, “Georgian Dream needs a constitutional majority to eliminate its political opponents.”

“The government’s victory will establish authoritarianism in Georgia, while the opposition’s success will promote democratic progress and Euro-Atlantic aspirations. The “Unity” coalition, together with other parties, will undoubtedly lead the country to triumph,” Gigi Tsereteli added.
