Germany among Georgia's main supporters, FM Darchiashvili says

“We are glad that Germany has become one of the main supporters of our country’s EU candidature and its European future,” says Georgian Foreign Minister Ilia Darchiashvili.

According to the FM, it is important that Germany actively talks about Georgia’s European perspective.

“It was a very important day in Berlin. I attended discussions about the EU’s future at the invitation of a German colleague. My involvement demonstrates that, from Germany’s perspective, Georgia plays an essential role in enlargement policy,” the FM added.
