German Ambassador: Georgia made lot of progress in getting closer to EU
German Ambassador to Georgia, Peter Fischer, on Monday, recommended the country make progress quickly before summertime.
In her remarks, the Ambassador noted that “Georgia has made a lot of progress in getting closer to the European Union (EU), and I am confident it will continue to make progress.”
“The important thing is to make progress on the nine points. Georgia has made a lot of progress in getting closer to the EU, and I am confident it will continue to make progress.
The thing I like to say is that this year the time is short before the Council in December because in the summertime, we will vote for the new European Parliament and Georgia will have its own elections.
My recommendation is to make progress quickly before summertime,” Peter Fischer asserted.
