Georgia's UN Ambassador: PM to address peace, stability, and economic progress at UN General Assembly
“The Prime Minister of Georgia will address world leaders during the UN General Assembly’s general debate, highlighting the country’s progress in promoting peace, stability, and economic development,” stated Davit Bakradze, Georgia’s Permanent Representative to the UN.
Ambassador Bakradze noted that Prime Minister Kobakhidze will speak at the Summit of the Future in New York and meet with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres.
“He will participate in high-level events, engaging with leaders from various nations,” Bakradze added. He emphasized that discussions will focus on regional peace and security, Georgia’s advancements, and globally relevant reforms.
“Given the UN’s priorities, Georgia’s notable economic achievements and its role in regional peace initiatives will be key topics of discussion,” Bakradze concluded, highlighting the significance of Georgia’s contributions in these areas.
