The Georgia’s Orthodox Church marks Iliaoba today – remembrance of Prophet Elijah, Saint Ilia the Righteous and the guardian angel of the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, His Holiness and Beatitude Ilia II.
Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia Ilia II will hold a solemn ceremony at the Holy Trinity Cathedral.
The church service is attended by representatives of the Georgian government, along with the bishops and the parish.
