In the six months of this year, Georgian wine was displayed at 35 different events in 11 countries.
With the financial and organizational support of the National Wine Agency, Georgian wines were tasted in the US, France, Germany, Japan, Netherlands, Latvia, China, Poland, the UK, South Korea and Denmark
According to the Agency, the US, UK, Germany, Poland, Baltic Stets, China, South Korea and Japan are recognized as strategic markets for Georgian wines.
“From 2023, the agricultural program of the US Agency for International Development (USAID) was involved in Georgian wine’s popularization and promotion. Within the framework of a memorandum signed with the National Wine Agency, marketing events are held in the US, Germany and South Korea,” the Agency said.
