Georgian violinist Liana Isakadze dies at 78

Georgian prominent violinist Liana Isakadze died at the age of 78, the family members reported on social networks.

“Liana Isakadze is one of the outstanding violinists of our time; She belonged to prodigies, she became a violinist at the age of three; her performance is distinguished by artistry, deep musicality, and virtuosity,” reads the statement.

Liana Isakadze was the organizer of Nights Serenades, a classic music festival.
