Georgian State Security Chief Geka Geladze holds talks with Azerbaijani counterpart Ali Nagiyev in China

As part of his official visit to the People’s Republic of China, the Head of the State Security Service of Georgia (SSSG), Geka Geladze, held a bilateral meeting with the Head of the State Security Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ali Nagiyev.

The two security chiefs reviewed current international security challenges and assessed the regional situation against the backdrop of escalating global threats.

Georgia and Azerbaijan’s security leaders reaffirmed their commitment to deepen operational cooperation and coordination between their agencies.

The bilateral engagement between Geka Geladze and Ali Nagiyev took place on the sidelines of the Global Public Security Cooperation Forum currently underway in Lianyungang, China.
