Georgian President signs condolence book at Turkish Embassy

Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili has signed a condolence book at the Turkish Embassy after a massive earthquake jolted Turkey, killing over 10,000, including three Georgian citizens.

The President offered her condolences to the Turkish Ambassador to Georgia, Ali Kaan Orbai, over the tragedy.

According to the country’s Interior Ministry, Georgian firefighters are taking part in the rescue operations.
