Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili pardoned 25 inmates for the Easter holiday, the President’s Administration announced on Thursday.
16 inmates, including four women, are fully released from serving their sentences, and eight inmates, including one woman, would have their remaining sentences reduced. The act of amnesty also affected two probationers, who were fully released from further serving the conditional jail sentence.
