Georgian President congratulates Ukraine, Moldova on their "milestone in EU integration journey"

Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili congratulates Ukraine and Moldova on agreeing on the frameworks for the EU accession negotiations.

“Congratulations to Ukraine and Moldova on this milestone in your EU integration journey! Sincere congratulations to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and President Maia Sandu on this significant achievement. I am confident the European Georgian nation will join your ranks soon,” she wrote on the X Platform.

Belgian Presidency of the EU Council of the EU 2024 said that Ambassadors agreed in principle on the negotiating frameworks for the accession negotiations of Ukraine and Moldova.
