Georgian PM participates in EPC Summit in Tirana

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze participates in the European Political Community (EPC) Summit in Tirana, the capital of Albania, at the invitation of the President of the European Council, António Costa.

The summit is hosted by the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama.

As the Prime Minister of Georgia stated, during the European Political Community Summit, he will speak about key messages that are tied to the country’s fundamental national interests.

“All the leaders from across Europe will be represented at the summit. I will have the opportunity to deliver a speech in a roundtable format. We will also use this format to hold discussions with leaders of various countries. Naturally, we will be talking about our country’s key messages, which relate to our core national interests,” stated Irakli Kobakhidze.

The Head of Government of Georgia attended the opening session of the 6th European Political Community conference, after which the participating leaders took a joint photo.

Around 50 leaders from various countries, along with heads of European and international institutions, are participating in the 6th Summit of the European Political Community.

The Prime Minister of Georgia is attending the summit with a delegation that includes Minister of Foreign Affairs Maka Botchorishvili and Head of Government Administration Levan Zhorzholiani.
