Georgian PM meets with CEO of Saudi Fund for Development

Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, held a meeting today with Sultan Abdulrahman Al Marshad, Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi Fund for Development.

According to the Prime Minister’s press office, the two sides discussed opportunities to deepen bilateral cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Georgia. The meeting focused on enhancing economic relations and explored avenues for increased investment.

“Particular attention was given to Georgia’s ongoing positive economic trajectory and the country’s investment potential, especially in sectors such as energy, road and port infrastructure, and airport development,” reads the statement.

Sultan Al Marshad is visiting Georgia as part of a working delegation.
