Georgian Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia met with the new ambassador of Israel to Georgia Ran Gidor.
Prime Minister’s press service says the parties discussed future priorities and topical issues on the agenda of bilateral cooperation.
“Increasing trade turnover between states was accentuated at the meeting.
It was noted that in terms of tourism, Israel is one of the leading countries in Georgia,” the press office said.
The head of the Georgian government thanked the State of Israel for its firm support for Georgia’s territorial integrity and sovereignty.
