Georgian PM meets President of TAV Airports

Irakli Garibashvili, Prime Minister of Georgia has met Serkan Kaptan, President of TAV Airports today.

According to the government’s press service, current cooperation, incentivised entry of new air carriers to the Georgian market and new flight destinations were among the topics of discussion at the meeting.

The duo noted that “alongside the robust upward trend of recovery in the sector of tourism in the post-pandemic period, improvement of the existing services acquires a great importance.”

Meeting held within the Government Administration was attended by Levan Davitashvili, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia; Franck Mereyde, Vice-President of TAV Airports and Thea Zakaradze, Director General of TAV Georgia.
