Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze met with Vahagn Khachaturyan, President of Armenia.
According to the government’s press office, the meeting focused on the productive cooperation between the two countries across a variety of areas and their years-long good neighborly relations.
It was noted that the strategic partnership agreement has advanced these bilateral relations to a new qualitative level. The potential to further strengthen ties in different areas, and the importance of tapping into it, was emphasized. Attention at the meeting was paid to regional processes. The Prime Minister reaffirmed Georgia’s strong support for peace and stability in the South Caucasus, reads the press statement.
