Georgian PM-led delegation to leave for Brussels

PM-led Georgian delegation left for Brussels on Monday. Irakli Garibashvili and his government will participate in the sixth session of the EU-Georgia Association Council.

According to the governmental press service, the Georgian delegation will hold high-level meetings in the European Commission, European Council, European Parliament, and NATO.

Irakli Garibashvili will meet the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Belgium, Alexander De Croo, today.

Georgian PM, European Union Minister for Foreign Affairs Josep Borrell, and EU Commissioner for Neighbourhood and Enlargement, Oliver Varhei, will hold a joint press conference following the meeting of the EU-Georgia Association Council on March 16.

The Georgian delegation will hold top-level meetings in the European Parliament and NATO on March 17. NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg will host Georgian PM at the NATO Headquarters. After the meeting, both officials will hold a joint press conference.

The NATO-Georgia Commission will also meet during the visit.
