Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili and German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock discussed the fruitful cooperation between Georgia and Germany in various fields, Georgia’s progress toward European integration, and the dynamics of implementing EC’s recommendations during the meeting on Friday.
Irakli Garibashvili thanked the Minister for Germany’s political and practical support in the European integration process, as well as its support for Georgia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
“The head of government noted that Germany has constantly played an essential role in Georgia’s institutional and socioeconomic transformation. He also emphasized that Georgia is a reliable partner and ally of the European Union in the region and beyond, and will continue to play a constructive role in promoting regional peace and stability.
