“Georgia remains committed to promoting stability and peaceful coexistence in the South Caucasus. I am hopeful that the peace agreement process between Armenia and Azerbaijan will continue to progress positively and ultimately result in a comprehensive agreement,” stated the Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze at the joint briefing with the Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
Kobakhidze emphasized Georgia’s readiness to contribute positively to peace-related processes in the region.
“We had an in-depth discussion about ongoing developments in the region and underscored the importance of our collective efforts in addressing regional challenges. Georgia remains committed to promoting stability and peaceful coexistence in the South Caucasus. I am optimistic that the peace agreement process between Armenia and Azerbaijan will maintain its positive dynamic and culminate in a significant agreement. Georgia stands prepared to play a constructive role in fostering peace and stability in our region,” said Irakli Kobakhidze.
