Georgian PM congratulates diplomats on Diplomacy Day

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili congratulates Georgian diplomats on their professional holiday, Georgian Diplomacy Day.

According to the PM, diplomacy is the art of dialogue, negotiations, cooperation, and building peace, and is the “key tool” against challenges facing Georgia and the world.

As the PM noted, this date is linked to Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani, a great public figure and one flagman of the Georgian nation’s European ideas.

“Your role, as diplomats, is key for the primary goals of our state and people, the unification of Georgia, full integration of our country into the family of free European nations, peace and development,” he said.

Irakli Garibashvili thanked the Georgian diplomats for their high professionalism, patriotism, and dedication and wished them success in their future activities.
