Georgian pianist Elisso Bolkvadze designated UNESCO Artist for Peace

Georgian pianist Elisso Bolkvadze has been awarded a UNESCO Artist for Peace for the second time.

UNESCO granted the pianist with this special status for contribution to the culture popularization and support for UNESCO’s international educational programs, the Georgian Parliament’s press service reported on Monday.

Georgian pianist promotes charity across the globe. She founded LYRA to support young talented Georgian pianists.
