Georgian parliamentary delegation members met Congressman Diana DeGette
The Parliamentary Delegation headed by the First Vice-Speaker, Tamar Chugoshvili serves the visit to Washington within the USAID GGI and PROLoG joint initiative.
In Washington, the members of the delegation held a meeting with congressman Diana DeGette, the Chair of the House Energy and Commerce Committee. According to the Parliament of Georgia, the main topic of the meeting was the supervisory functions of the legislative body and its implementation mechanisms.
The Parliamentary Delegation is composed of MPs Tamar Chugoshvili, Irakli Kovzanadze, Akaki Zoidze, Kakha Kuchava, Anri Okhanashvili, Otar Danelia, Giorgi Kakhiani, Nino Goguadze, Mamuka Mdinaradze, Otar Kakhidze, Tina Bokuchava, as well as the Secretary General Givi Mikanadze and the Deputy, David Gelashvili.
