Georgian Minister of Economy meets with Senior Singaporean State Minister

As part of the Georgian Prime Minister’s official visit to Singapore, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Mariam Kvrivishvili met with Tan Kiat How, Senior Minister of State for Digital Development and Information, and Health.

According to the Ministry of Economy, the discussions placed particular emphasis on the integration and effective application of artificial intelligence across the economies of Georgia and Singapore.

“The ministers identified new priority areas for cooperation and expressed a mutual readiness to deepen their partnership, including through joint initiatives with the Georgia Innovation and Technology Agency (GITA),” the Ministry’s statement read.

The high-level meeting was also attended by Deputy Ministers of Economy and Sustainable Development Genadi Arveladze and Irakli Nadareishvili.
