Georgian MFA discusses Ukraine's latest sanctions with Embassy representative
The Georgian Foreign Ministry on Monday hosted a meeting with a representative from the Ukrainian Embassy to Georgia.
The discussion focused on President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s recent decision to sanction 190 persons and 290 legal companies, including Georgian Airways and its chairman Tamaz Gaiashvili, according to the MFA press office.
Both parties were “concerned” about the decision. The Georgian side deemed the move as “baseless,” and requested clarification, the press statement noted.
