Georgian FM to visit Strasbourg

Georgian Foreign Minister Ilia Darchiashvili will visit Strasbourg on October 3-4, 2023, as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Georgia announced.

During the visit, Minister Darchiashvili will meet with the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Marija Pejčinović Burić, the Executive Vice President of the European Commission, European Commissioner for Trade, Valdis Dombrovskis, and European Commissioners, Paolo Gentiloni for Economy, Didier Reynders for Justice, Johannes Hahn for Budget and Administration, and Janez Lenarčič for Crisis Management.

This visit follows the Minister’s recent trip to Brussels on September 25-26, where he engaged in discussions with permanent representatives of EU member states and European Commissioners.
