Georgian FM meets US Ambassador

Georgian Foreign Minister Ilia Darchiashvili and US Ambassador to Georgia Kelly Degnan met on Monday to discuss the broad scope of the US-Georgia strategic partnership, according to the Georgian MFA.

The parties also reviewed the security environment in the region. The US reaffirmed its support for Georgia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, the MFA noted.

The parties expressed their willingness to actively collaborate on all major strategic partnership issues.
