Within the framework of the Abu Dhabi Sustainable Development Week (ADSW) Summit, Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili met with Saeed bin Mubarak Al Hajeri, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, the Georgian Foreign Ministry reported.

During the meeting, the ministers emphasized the strong friendship and partnership between Georgia and the UAE. Discussions focused on expanding cooperation in investments, deepening trade and economic ties, and the strategic importance of the Middle Corridor.

“The dynamics of high-level exchanges were positively assessed, including the visit of UAE President Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan to Georgia,” the statement noted.

The ministers also discussed regional and global security challenges, highlighting the importance of joint efforts in addressing them. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to continue and further strengthen the productive cooperation between their countries.
