Georgian Foreign Minister Ilia Darchiashvili met with the Deputy Prime Minister/ Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan, Mukhtar Tileuberdi, as part of the PM-led Georgian delegation’s visit to Kazakhstan.
The meeting addressed the current cooperation in bilateral and multilateral formats with an emphasis on positive dynamics in trade, economy, transport, tourism and culture.
Sides focused on increasing the efficiency and permeability of the Trans-Caspian Corridor and agreed to hold the next round of political consultations at the end of 2022 in Georgia.
The ministers highlighted the 30th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between the two countries.
