During the Munich Security Conference, Georgian Foreign Minister Ilia Darchiashvili met with Scott Nathan, the Chief Executive Officer of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC).

The discussions revolved around the priority directions of the strategic partnership between the United States and Georgia. The focus was on prospects for future cooperation, particularly in strengthening economic ties and attracting investments.

The significant potential of the US International Development Finance Corporation in enhancing connections between trade and financial sectors was acknowledged, with attention directed towards the growing economic potential of the Black Sea region.
