The Georgian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ilia Darchiashvili, met with the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Marija Pejčinović Burić, during his visit to Strasbourg.

The meeting underscored the significance of the CoE’s consolidated reports, which inform the international community about the current situation in Georgia’s occupied territories.
The meeting delved into the process of Georgia’s implementation of the EC’s 12 recommendations, with the minister expressing hope for positive evaluations.
