Georgian FM: Meeting Between the Georgian and Chinese PMs focused on strengthening bilateral relations
During the meeting between the Prime Ministers of Georgia and China, the main emphasis was placed on strengthening relations between the two countries in various fields, said Georgia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Maka Botchorishvili.
According to Botchorishvili, particular focus was given to fully utilizing the potential of trade relations between Georgia and China.
“Several agreements were signed during the meeting to help better promote Georgian products on the Chinese market, which will further enhance trade relations with China,” the minister said.
She added that the discussion also touched on technological cooperation, highlighting the importance of leveraging China’s experience and achievements in this area to expand opportunities for partnership.
“This cooperation is especially important given China’s success in the field of technology. It will allow us to better utilise the opportunities that exist in our bilateral relations,” Botchorishvili noted.
