Georgian Election Administration hosts delegation from Bosnia and Herzegovina

The Election Administration of Georgia is hosting the delegation from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Giorgi Kalandarishvili, the head of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Georgia spoke about the importance of strengthening cooperation and sharing experience between election administrations.

He also introduced the nation’s experience of the introduction of e-elections to the delegation members.

“Such a high interest in our activities indicates international recognition and solid experience accumulated in the election administration of Georgia, which is a prerequisite for administering elections at a high professional level in the future”, Kalandarishvili said.

The Chairman of the Election Administration of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Irena Hadziabdic added: “We are studying Georgia’s experience because it is one of the first in Eastern Europe and is an open center of education. These lessons are valuable for us.”

The study visit will last two days
