Georgian Dream establishes women’s organisation
The ruling Georgian Dream (GD) party has decided to establish the women’s organization to increase women’s involvement in party-political processes, GD Chairman Irakli Kobakhidze said on Sunday.
“The women’s organization will contribute to the career growth of female team members and pave the way to more success,” Kobakhidze stated.
“In a bid to establish the organization, organizational meetings will be held in all regions of Georgia by the end of next week, followed by the national conference to elect the organization’s board and heads of city and regional organizations,” Kobakhidze added.
